Job summary

Terracon is looking for an HRIS Manager to lead a talented HRIS team aimed at advancing HR technology. This role will require consultation and collaboration with HR and other stakeholders while maintaining a flexible hybrid schedule, allowing work from home four days a week.

The successful candidate will be an expert in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules and will have at least 10 years of experience in HRIS management. Responsibilities include developing strategic HRIS initiatives and leading continuous quality improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' related experience or 14 years of experience without a degree.
• Subject matter expertise in HR systems.
• Advanced configuration, reporting, and analytics expertise.

Responsibilities
