Job summary

GRTC Transit System is seeking an HRIS Analyst to bridge HR operations with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. The role focuses on supporting the Oracle implementation, post-go-live optimization, data quality, and user support.

The ideal candidate will translate HR policies into configurations, partner with IT and vendors, and drive continuous improvement across HR systems and security controls for reliable operations.

Qualifications

• To perform this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field and at least 3 years of HRIS or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR functional resource for Oracle Cloud HCM implementation and post-go-live operations.
• Configure, test, and optimize Oracle Cloud HCM modules including Global HR, Benefits, and Workforce-related data.
• Develop and maintain reports, data quality checks, and user support workflows.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors to design and implement HR processes.
• Help manage changes, train users, and ensure secure handling of confidential employee data.
• Support data migration, validation, and system integration testing alongside BI tools.
