Ogletree Deakins is seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to lead the strategy, governance, and optimization of the firm's HRIS ecosystem, including UKG. The role emphasizes data integrity, security, and analytics to support leadership decisions across HR, payroll, and benefits.
You will own system configuration, integrations, and analytics, partnering with HR and Finance to drive data-driven insights while ensuring audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
The HRIS Manager is responsible for the strategic management, optimization, and governance of the firm’s Human Resources Information Systems and HR data. This role ensures the integrity, security, and effectiveness of HR systems while enabling data‑driven decision‑making across the firm. Reporting directly to the HR Director, the HRIS Manager leads HR system administration and analytics, supports compliance and audit readiness, and partners closely with HR leadership and Finance. In this highly visible role, the HRIS Manager translates business and workforce needs into scalable system solutions, allowing COEs to remain focused on people‑centric work while ensuring accurate, consistent, and reliable HR data.
