Ogletree Deakins is seeking an experienced HRIS Administrator to support day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and user support of the firm’s HRIS. You will ensure data accuracy and that HR processes run smoothly for staff and managers across the organization.

The role requires hands-on system configuration, data governance, and collaboration with Payroll and HR teams. A Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of HRIS experience are expected, with proficiency in Workday, ADP, or UKG.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of HRIS administration experience with hands-on configuration responsibilities.
• Proficiency in at least one enterprise HRIS platform (Workday, ADP, UKG, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Aufgaben

• Maintain HRIS configuration including org structures, position management, security roles, and workflows.
• Serve as Tier 2 support for HR staff and managers; resolve access, navigation, and data issues.
• Perform regular data audits to correct inaccuracies in employee records.
• Manage user access provisioning and deprovisioning; review security roles.
• Support HRIS integrations by monitoring data feeds and coordinating with HRIS Manager on escalations.
• Assist with HRIS testing for upgrades and configurations.
• Generate standard and ad hoc HRIS reports for HR, Finance, and management.
• Maintain HRIS documentation and training materials.
• Train new HR staff and managers on HRIS navigation and functionality.
• Collaborate with Payroll on data discrepancies and reconciliations.
