King County Metro Transit is seeking an HRIM Senior Analyst (SDA) to serve as a SME for PeopleSoft and the HRIS. The role leads HRIM activities, supporting staff across the agency, and managing position data for 7,000+ positions.

It requires collaboration with multiple departments and coaching of ES staff. The Senior Analyst will administer PeopleSoft access, develop SOPs, and ensure accurate HR data and processes, including contract changes and policy applications.

• Experience with PeopleSoft HRIS and HRIM processes.
• Ability to audit, coach, and provide step-by-step process guidance.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Customer-focused, with ability to consult across departments.
