Form Energy is hiring a Staff HRIS Analyst to support Oracle Cloud HCM and related People systems. You will optimize configurations, test new features, and maintain data integrity across HR applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Relocation assistance is available.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of hands-on HR data and systems experience, strong SQL skills, and proven customer service. This is a hybrid role with generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with strong HR data/systems knowledge.
• 7+ years' experience with HR data, systems, and Oracle HCM.
• Experience writing Oracle Fast Formulas and using SQL.
• Demonstrated ability to support HR functions and projects.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service for internal/external partners.

Responsibilities

• Supports administration of current system configuration, data architecture, workflows, and processes.
• Identifies opportunities for optimization and automation of core HR processes.
• Partners with People Systems to address breakdowns and implement fixes.
• Collaborates to test, implement enhancements, and document test scripts.
• Supports HR data tables and conducts recurring data integrity audits.
• Assists with HR integrations monitoring and escalation of interface failures.
• Creates end-user documentation for HR teams, managers, and employees.
