Job summary

Home Organizers, Inc. seeks an experienced HRIS Manager to lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of HCM systems, with Rippling experience preferred. You will own HR technology and drive large-scale projects across HR, payroll, benefits, and employee experience.

You'll partner with HR, Finance, IT, and vendors to map processes, oversee data integrity, and deliver analytics that inform leadership decisions. This role demands strategic thinking and hands-on project leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, business, or related field.
• 5+ years HRIS experience including configuration and admin.
• 2+ years leading HCM implementations or major HR tech projects.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and lifecycle management.
• Experience with system integrations, data migration, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Own HRIS strategy, architecture, and system governance.
• Lead end-to-end HCM implementations including data migration and go-live.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across HR, payroll, finance, and IT.
• Develop HR dashboards and analytics for leadership.
• Provide user training and manage vendor relationships.
