Job summary

Fortifi Food Processing Solutions seeks a Global HRIS Director to lead the governance, optimization, and evolution of the enterprise HR tech ecosystem. This role partners with CHRO, HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance to establish standards, drive automation, and enable workforce analytics across all locations.

The role requires 10+ years in HRIS leadership with UKG Pro expertise, strong governance, and multinational deployment experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, CS, business, or related; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years progressive HRIS leadership experience.
• 10+ years UKG Pro experience across architecture, security, workflow, data, job architecture, payroll, etc.
• Experience leading global HRIS transformations and multinational support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a multi-year global HR technology roadmap.
• Define enterprise HR tech vision and system architecture.
• Lead digital transformation including AI, automation, and integrations.
• Drive governance, security, data ownership, and reporting standards.
