Job summary

Aquent is seeking an experienced Boomi Integrator for a hybrid role at our Warren, MI office. You will own the integration lifecycle for UKG Pro timekeeping, from requirements to deployment support, and collaborate with a global team of developers and configurators.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years hands-on experience with UKG Pro/WFM, Boomi, and Kronos tools, and strong analytical and communication skills to drive complex integration projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in information systems, CS, HR, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on UKG Pro / WFM experience.
• 3–5 years of active Boomi integration development and coding experience.
• 3–5 years of Kronos Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) and Kronos WFC experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integration life cycles from requirements through post-deployment support.
• Build and maintain integrations for UKG Pro timekeeping using Boomi.
• Collaborate with an 8-person team of developers, configurators, and payroll/timekeeping stakeholders.
• Participate in agile rhythm meetings twice weekly and track progress in Jira.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly with technical and non-technical partners.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Boomi Integrator to play a key role in the global rollout and implementation of the UKG Pro enterprise timekeeping and payroll system. In this role, you will hold total integration ownership—taking full responsibility from gathering requirements, creating design documentation, and writing code, to unit testing and providing deployment support. You will collaborate closely with a team of configurators, developers, and global business contacts in a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid position at our client’s office in Warren, MI.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integration life cycles, including requirements gathering, design documentation, hands-on coding, unit testing, and post-deployment support.
• Build and maintain integrations supporting the implementation of the UKG Pro timekeeping application using Boomi.
• Collaborate daily with an 8-person team of developers, configurators, and payroll/timekeeping stakeholders.
• Participate in agile rhythm meetings twice weekly to review tasks, update status in Jira, and track overall progress.
• Communicate complex technical concepts, integration issues, and progress updates clearly with both technical peers and non-technical business partners.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• UKG Pro / WFM: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro / Ultimate Kronos Group WFM.
• Dell Boomi: 3 to 5 years of active integration development and coding experience using Boomi.
• Kronos Tools: 3 to 5 years of experience with Kronos Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) and Kronos WFC software.
