Qualifications

• UKG Pro WFM: strong hands-on experience with integrations.
• Dell Boomi: design, development, and deployment of integrations.
• Kronos WFC to UKG Pro WFM migration: substantial hands-on role.
• Integration development: REST/SOAP APIs and data transformation.
• Data migration: mapping, conversion, reconciliation, validation.
• Testing/production support: SIT, UAT, defect resolution, go-live.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain integrations between UKG Pro WFM and enterprise applications using Dell Boomi.
• Participate in the end-to-end migration from Kronos Workforce Central to UKG Pro WFM.
• Analyze Kronos WFC interfaces to determine integration changes for UKG Pro WFM.
• Develop and maintain Boomi integration processes, connectors, mappings, and transformations.
• Build integrations for employee data, timekeeping, schedules, and payroll-related information.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, reconciliation, and validation.
• Work with UKG Pro WFM APIs, web services, and file-based interfaces.
• Configure Boomi processes with error handling, logging, and monitoring.
• Integrate UKG Pro WFM with HRIS, HCM, payroll, ERP, and other systems.
• Support SIT/UAT, defect resolution, deployment, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Troubleshoot integration failures and production incidents.
• Collaborate with UKG consultants, HRIS teams, payroll teams, and stakeholders.
• Prepare design documents, interface specs, and deployment plans.
