Qualifications

• Requires at least four years of experience in workflow automation, process improvement, or related technical roles.
• A two-year degree may substitute for up to two years of required experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Transition manual, paper-based processes to digital solutions using a workflow automation platform.
• Analyze business processes, design, build, and maintain digital forms and workflows.
• Create automated workflows that route documents and notifications to appropriate personnel across the agency.
• Ensure forms and workflows comply with state and agency rules, statutes, policies, and procedures.
• Retrieve data, track the status of in-progress workflows, and generate reports within the platform.
• Provide technical support to users for forms and workflows within the platform.
• Collaborate with various teams to understand requirements and ensure solutions meet agency needs.
