Job summary

Qualifications

• At least four (4) years of experience in workflow automation, process improvement, or related technical roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to troubleshoot issues within a workflow automation platform.
• Analytical skills to evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for digital improvement.
• Experience administering Information Systems at the department level.
• Working knowledge of Power BI and ability to analyze data and generate insights.
• High school diploma or equivalent; two-year degree in IT, Business Systems, or related field may substitute for up to two years of experience.
