Job summary

Florida Department of Corrections is seeking an OPS professional at the Central Office in Tallahassee to transition paper processes to digital workflows and design automated forms. The role requires four+ years in workflow automation and experience with form-building platforms, with a two-year degree offering substitution for some experience.

Strong communication and analytical skills are essential. The position is not a telework role and requires daily reporting to the Tallahassee office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Four years of experience in workflow automation or related technical roles.
• Two-year degree may substitute for up to two years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Transition manual processes to digital workflows.
• Analyze business processes and design, build, maintain forms and workflows.
• Create automated workflows routing documents and notifications.
• Ensure forms/workflows comply with rules and procedures.
• Retrieve data, track progress, generate reports within the platform.
• Provide user support for forms and workflows.
• Collaborate with teams to meet agency needs.
