Job summary

Fort Bend ISD in Sugar Land, TX, seeks an Analyst Data and Reporting (HRIS) to support day-to-day HR systems, develop reporting, dashboards, and data integrity. The role emphasizes advanced analytics, data collection, and timely delivery of human capital metrics for the district.

You will automate recurring HR metrics, conduct UAT, train end-users, and work with HR colleagues to expand the HR reporting function across business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, HR or related field.
• 2 years experience importing data for reporting, plus 3 years in report writing, data administration and analysis, HRIS or similar system experience, and training.
• Experience in Human Resources business operation preferred; Power BI knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel with pivot tables and advanced functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain standard reports, metrics and dashboards to support the needs of the business.
• Automate, generate, analyze, and distribute recurring HR metrics and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders.
• Maintain data integrity in HR systems by auditing data and responding to data requests.
• Document and maintain processes and SOPs for data and reporting; create FAQs and job aids.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for process and system updates and document results.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues to identify reporting needs and expand HRIS reporting capabilities.
