Job summary

LyondellBasell Industries in Houston, TX, seeks an HR Reporting Specialist to create and manage routine and ad hoc HR data reporting, dashboards, and workforce metrics. You will support hire-to-retire reporting cycles, maintain documentation, and ensure data quality across HR systems while guiding stakeholders with standard data extracts.

The role emphasizes compliant AI use, data governance, and scalable reporting processes to deliver insights for HR leadership and operating teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Economics, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Equivalent professional experience in HR reporting, workforce analytics, or BI may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

Create, run and distribute scheduled HR reports according to defined timelines.
Generate metrics for headcount, workforce movement, and demographic reporting needs.
Verify data accuracy and consistency across reporting sources before release.
Utilize Microsoft Copilot and other approved AI-enabled tools to improve reporting efficiency and support workforce insights.
Develop and maintain prompts, templates, and SOPs for Copilot-enabled reporting and analytics activities.
Conduct quality checks on HR master data used in reports, dashboards, and standard extracts.
