Job summary

TP Mechanical is seeking an HR Systems Coordinator to support day-to-day administration of HR systems by maintaining accurate employee data, processing transactions, and assisting with reporting and end-user support. This role partners with Human Resources, Payroll, and Information Technology to ensure HR systems operate efficiently while delivering excellent service to employees and managers.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2-4 years in HR, HR Operations, HRIS, Payroll, or related administrative role.
• Experience with an HRIS or payroll system preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate employee data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee data within the HRIS and process employee transactions (new hires, transfers, promotions, changes, terminations).
• Perform regular audits of employee records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Prepare standard and ad hoc workforce reports and assist with data requests.
• Assist with HR system testing, upgrades, new features, and process improvements.
• Respond to HR system inquiries from employees and managers with timely support.
• Partner with Payroll and HR to ensure accurate data flow between HR systems and related applications.
• Maintain HR system documentation, guides, and SOPs.
• Assist with security access requests, user accounts, and permissions per guidelines.
• Support onboarding, performance, learning, compensation, benefits through system administration.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and streamline processes.
