Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Columbia Willamette is seeking an HRIS Coordinator to manage the HRIS data, support day-to-day administration, and ensure data integrity across compensation, performance management, and job evaluation systems.

You will assist with system updates, generate routine reports, and collaborate with HR and payroll to keep records accurate and timely. The role requires strong attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality within a nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of progressive HR experience.
• HRIS or related systems experience preferred.
• Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Process employee information into HRIS under guidance of the HRIS Specialist.
• Audit HR data and correct inconsistencies as needed.
• Maintain employee records and payroll alignment in a timely fashion.
• Generate routine HR reports and respond to data requests.
• Assist with system updates, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Ensure confidentiality in all HR data.
