Simmons Prepared Foods Inc is seeking an HRIS Administrator to serve as the first line of support for HRIS applications and to perform routine configuration within established standards. You will assist HR, Payroll, and Timekeeping teams with issue resolution and system documentation, while owning low-risk configuration tasks for more complex work.

You will work closely with the System Administrator to validate changes, create reports, maintain security roles, and ensure data integrity across HR

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience supporting HRIS or payroll systems.
• Hands-on HRIS configuration or system maintenance experience.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Strong knowledge of HR, payroll, and timekeeping processes.
• HRIS certification or willingness to complete UKG training in year one.
• Strong customer service and communication skills for non-technical users.
• Analytical problem-solving to identify root causes, not just symptoms.
• Detail-oriented with good documentation and change-tracking habits.

Responsabilités

• Tier 1 HRIS support for HR, Payroll, managers, and employees; triage and resolve tickets.
• Document resolutions and maintain a knowledge base for common issues.
• Daily configuration tasks: job codes, locations, org levels, access, and security.
• Build and maintain standard reports, queries, and dashboards; manage announcements.
• Follow change management: test in non-prod, document changes, obtain approvals.
• Assist testing, data integrity, audits, and compliance reporting.
