Job summary

Advanced Energy in Denver, Colorado seeks a Director of HRIS and Analytics to own the global SAP SuccessFactors platform, including modules like Learning, Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, Goals, and Performance, plus data governance and integrations.

You will bridge HR strategy and technology, lead the HRIS and Analytics team, deliver dashboards and predictive workforce insights, and partner with HR and IT to enable scalable, data-driven processes and exceptional employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HRIS strategy and global SAP SuccessFactors deployments.
• Strong data governance, analytics, and reporting skills.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and stakeholders.
• Leadership experience in building and guiding HR technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a technology roadmap for HR tech to enable growth.
• Lead HR technology architecture and data governance across modules.
• Own HR reporting, dashboards, and people analytics capabilities.
• Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central.
• Collaborate with IT and HR to deliver technology-enabled solutions.
• Manage relationships with vendors and consultants.
