Job summary

Saber Community Support and Development Office is seeking an HRIS Analyst to implement and optimize HR information systems, manage data integrity, and support multiple locations. You will work on system interfaces, data reporting, and ongoing enhancements to HR processes.

This role is full-time, on-site in a distributed environment, with a focus on accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field and 4+ years in HRIS analytics, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business management or related field.
• Four+ years in an HRIS analytic role with experience across compensation, benefits, and training.
• Experience supporting a multi-location corporate model is a plus.

• Implement and configure HR information systems and modules.
• Improve HR processes and optimize HR data management across the organization.
• Build and maintain interfaces with vendor systems and ensure data accuracy.
