Job summary

OpenKrill in Mexico is seeking an HRIS Analyst to join remotely. You will lead Workday reporting, analytics, and data governance to drive HR insights.

The role requires deep Workday proficiency, SQL knowledge, and the ability to communicate complex data to non-technical stakeholders while ensuring data accuracy and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday reporting and analytics with a university degree, or 3+ years with a master’s degree.
• Hands-on with Workday Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Trending Reports; Prism Analytics.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex Workday reporting issues and validate data accuracy.
• Strong understanding of HR data structures, processes and reporting best practices.
• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics, Security, and Data Governance.
• Knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Excel reporting).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced English and Spanish; residing in Mexico is preferred or required.

Important IT company At the Latin American level, growth requires: HRIS Analyst

• - 5+ years of experience in Workday reporting and analytics with a University degree, or 3+ years of experience in Workday reporting and analytics with a master’s degree, preferably within an HR function.
• - Hands-on expertise with Workday Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Trending Reports; Advanced Calculated Fields; Discovery Boards; Storyboards; Worksheets; and Workday Prism Analytics.
• - Demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot complex Workday reporting issues, validate data accuracy, and recommend scalable technical solutions.
• - Strong understanding of HR data structures, business processes, and reporting best practices.
• - Solid experience with Workday Prism Analytics, Security, and Data Governance.
• - Knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Excel-based reporting) is a plus.
• - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets to validate the data, identify gaps, and generate actionable insights.
• - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
