Lanco is seeking an HRIS Analyst to serve as the technical SME for HRIS platforms, ensuring data accuracy, security, and performance across HR systems. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT to optimize integrations, configurations, and reporting.
The role involves maintaining system documentation, conducting testing, and supporting change management, UAT, and system upgrades. Strong Excel and HR process knowledge are essential.
The HRIS Analyst serves as the technical subject matter expert for Lanco’s Human Resources Information Systems, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, security, and performance of HR technology across the organization. This role supports the full employee lifecycle by maintaining and optimizing HR systems that support HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and employees. Working closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and IT partners, this role ensures systems are configured correctly, data is accurate, integrations run smoothly, and HR technology continues to evolve to meet business needs.

We offer a collaborative environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement. The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $90,000, with final compensation based on experience, education, skills, and location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
