Job summary

The Kansas City National Security Campus (KCNSC) is seeking an HRIS Analyst to guide HRIS strategy, design, implementation and execution across primary HR systems. You will support process standards, governance, and user access while collaborating with multiple HR functions.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in HRIS-related roles, with travel up to 10% and the ability to work remote, hybrid, or on-site as directed. U.S. citizenship is required.

• 2+ years in report writing, data administration and analysis, HRIS experience.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Ability to work remote, hybrid, or on-site as directed by management.
• United States Citizenship required.
• Regular attendance essential.
• Ability to obtain DOE security clearance if required.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain HRIS standards and processes.
• Document and audit HRIS processes for data integrity and governance.
• Capture requirements and help integrate features into HR systems.
• Administer HR systems and manage user access and security.
• Develop user guidance and demonstrate functionality.
