Job summary

Howard County Government seeks an HRIS Analyst II to administer the County’s HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP), ensure data integrity, and support payroll and employee records management.

The role reports to the HRIS Manager in the Office of Human Resources and involves system configuration, reporting, data audits, and collaboration with Payroll, IT, and HR staff.

Bachelor’s degree and 2 years related experience required; ideal candidates have experience with ADP, UKG, Workday, and ADP Reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, and enterprise workforce systems.
• Hands-on with HRIS platforms such as ADP, UKG, Workday, or similar systems.
• Experience developing, running, and analyzing standard and ad hoc reports.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage HRIS with system configuration and data validation.
• Coordinate integrations with payroll, timekeeping, and applicant tracking.
• Maintain data integrity through audits and validation queries.
• Lead or participate in HRIS projects, upgrades, and testing.
