Job summary

UofL Health in Louisville, KY, is seeking an HRIS Analyst I to support our HRIS initiatives and applications, including Workday and HealthStream. You will work with HR, IT, and end users to drive improvements and support system upgrades.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred), plus HRIS/Workday experience. Excellent data skills and collaboration with payroll, finance, and benefits teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, CS, Data Management, IS, or related field.
• Workday or HRIS experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide HRIS production support including data entry and maintenance, workflow management and documentation, data auditing and research to resolve issues.
• Assist with implementation of new functionality, test scripts, and user/training materials.
• Collaborate with HR and IT to coordinate fixes, upgrades, and open enrollment activities.
• Maintain data integrity by running queries and analyzing data.
