Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus related HRIS experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data discrepancies.
• Ability to manage recurring daily, pay-period, and fiscal-year tasks.

Responsibilities

• HRIS data integrity and auditing across HR, Benefits and Payroll.
• Manual ePAF processing, review requests, and department approvals.
• Affiliate IDs creation and maintenance; PeopleSoft department data.
• Research and resolve duplicate IDs with Hospital IS and Registrar's Office.
• Assist payroll, benefits, ACA processing, and wellness file each pay period.
• HRIS application support, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
• Communicate with departments to resolve data issues and protect confidentiality.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
