TEKsystems in Philadelphia is seeking an experienced data analyst to work with HRIS systems and advanced Excel for large HR datasets. You will analyze, automate, and deliver insights that influence strategic decisions, with optional SQL/Tableau exposure.

The role requires 5–10 years of experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage sensitive HR data across multiple stakeholders. Hybrid onsite schedule with one remote day per week.

Formación

• 3-4 years related experience.
• Advanced SQL and data querying.
• Tableau and Excel for data visualization and analysis.
• HRIS experience and strong data handling with sensitive information.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct advanced analysis on large HR data sets to drive KPIs and business decisions.
• Develop and implement data baselines and methodologies; support project discussions with technical tools.
• Create and polish analyses, ensuring statistical significance and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and data engineers to ensure data quality and timely deliveries.
• Produce reports and visualizations that tell a clear data story aligned with business goals.
