Job summary

Our client in the agricultural sector seeks an HRIS Analyst to optimize the HRIS, ensure data accuracy, and enable data-driven decisions. The role collaborates with HR and IT to implement improvements, generate reports, and train end-users.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR tech, experience with major HRIS platforms, strong Excel/database skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset in Upington, Northern Cape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field.
• 5+ years of HRIS Analyst or HR technology experience.
• Experience with major HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data analysis and reporting
• Excellent understanding of HR processes and data management.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and system functionality.
• Develop and generate regular HR reports and dashboards for management and operational needs.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends, provide insights, and support strategic planning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS issues, providing timely support to HR users and employees.
• Configure and customize the HRIS to meet evolving business requirements.
• Assist in the implementation of new HRIS modules or system upgrades.
• Develop and deliver training materials and sessions on HRIS usage for employees and HR staff.
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations within the HRIS.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate HRIS with other systems.
