LG Electronics, Inc. is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support HRIS and related technology platforms across the organization.

You will maintain HR systems, assist users, produce reports, ensure data integrity, and test changes. As part of the North America HR Center of Excellence, you will drive system enhancements, deliver analytics, and collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition to improve the employee experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, information systems, business administration, computer science, or related field.
• 0–3+ years supporting HR systems, HR operations, data analytics, payroll or benefits.
• Internship or project experience in HR technology, reporting, or systems administration is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily administration and maintenance of HR systems and platforms.
• Assist users with HR system inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Monitor system functionality and escalate complex issues.
• Maintain and update employee and org data for accuracy.
• Assist with user access management and security administration.
