Job summary

LG Electronics USA is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support HR information systems and related platforms across the organization. You will maintain HR systems, assist users, produce reports, ensure data integrity, and contribute to process improvements.

As part of the North America HR Center of Excellence, you will drive operational excellence by leveraging HR technology, supporting enhancements, and improving the employee experience through efficient HR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, business, CS, or related field.
• 0–3+ years supporting HR systems, operations, analytics, payroll, or benefits.
• Internship or project work in HR tech or reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily HRIS administration and system maintenance.
• Assist users, troubleshoot, and resolve HR system issues.
• Participate in upgrades, testing, and configuration changes.
• Create and distribute standard HR reports and dashboards.
• Audit data quality and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist with process improvements and user training.
