Job summary

TEKsystems in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking an HR Systems Specialist to manage end-to-end HR processes and system administration, ensuring accurate employee data and effective reporting.

This contract role requires at least 2 years of HRIS or analytics experience, familiarity with SuccessFactors/Workday/SAP HR, and onsite work in Grand Rapids. Pay ranges from $30.00 to $38.00 per hour with standard benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of related experience in HR systems or analytics.
• Experience with HRIS tools and People Analytics is required.
• Experience with SAP/Workday/SuccessFactors is beneficial.
• Cloud or SaaS experience is a plus.

Description

• Responsible for end-to-end HR process and system administration according to agreed roles & responsibilities; including collaboration with outside stakeholders: IT, Finance, HRBP, Center of Excellences (CoEs), as well as internal teams
• Workload management within area of responsibility.
• Collaborate with other HR Systems teams to implement and support consistent employee experience across geographies and practices through usage of HR Tools
• Executes the solutions for global systems audits for data accuracy and consistency
• Maintains and interprets data maintained in HR systems to ensure accurate and consistent employee information
• Master data maintenance, errors monitoring and handling,
• Creates and manages moderately complex reports on ad-hoc and regular basis
• Handling customer queries related to area of responsibility.
• Handles escalations for moderately complex employee queries
• Provides solutions to a wide-range of technical issues within HR systems and independently develops approach to solutions
• Partners with HR Consultants and HR Leaders to ensure correct data and process flows in HR systems
• Demonstrates independent technical proficiency and working knowledge of standard practices, procedures and systems
• Proactively analyzes HR systems and their operating processes and procedures, to identify inefficiencies and assess opportunities for improvement
• Performs testing, training, documentation and ongoing support to users, particularly during system changes and upgrades
• Updates operating documentation and Knowledge Management articles for HR systems support.
• Plays a focal point role for specific HR systems sub-processes
• Independently resolves moderately complex problems
• Takes part in projects of varied complexity, acting as project lead for selected areas

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of related experience
• Working knowledge and working experience in HRIS tools and People Analytics is required.
• Experience with SuccessFactors, Workday, SAP HR, ServiceNow, Visier and application support delivery from SSC is an additional benefit
• Experience with Digital Employee Experience, SaaS products and services is an additional benefit
• Experience with Data Mining, Predictive Analytics, Digital Employee Experience, SaaS products and services is an additional benefit
• Overall knowledge of Cloud technologies
• Have a strong customer focus

This is a Contract position based out of Grand Rapids, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
