Job summary

Constellation Search Group is seeking an HRIS Analyst to ensure stability and accuracy of HR technology operations. The role includes resolving tickets, supporting Workday and UKG, and contributing to system integrations and data governance.

You will participate in semi-annual system releases, create reports and dashboards in Excel, and support workflow continuity across HR teams in a full-time direct-hire capacity in the Boston area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, information systems, business, or related field.
• 1-3 years of HRIS experience, focusing on Workday.
• Experience with UKG, ADP, and other HRIS platforms is advantageous.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data integrity.
• Strong communication for HR and Compensation teams.
• Proven ability to resolve technical support tickets efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Workday and UKG systems and assist end-users.
• Manage technical inquiries including security profile changes and report updates.
• Monitor integrations and audit data accuracy and synchronization.
• Create EIBs, custom reports, and support dashboards and distributions.
• Participate in user acceptance testing during system releases to ensure stability.
• Lead HCM projects including configuration, testing, go-live support.

Job description

Constellation Search Group is looking for an HRIS Analyst for a full-time direct hire position. The HRIS Analyst will act as the primary point of contact for frontline system support, ensuring the stability and integrity of HR technology operations. This role includes resolving technical tickets, maintaining data accuracy across platforms, and supporting the integration of HRIS systems. The analyst will also participate in strategic HCM initiatives to enhance system functionality and support workflow continuity.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Workday and UKG systems, troubleshooting errors and assisting end-users, along with maintaining system training resources.
• Manage and respond to technical inquiries, including security profile changes, report field adjustments, and schedule updates.
• Monitor system integrations and conduct regular audits for data accuracy and synchronization.
• Utilize Excel for large dataset audits and create EIBs, custom reports, and assist with report distributions and dashboard upkeep.
• Engage in user acceptance testing during semi-annual Workday and UKG Pro Workforce Management Feature Releases to ensure workflow stability.
• Lead HCM projects involving system configuration, testing, and go-live support, assisting in performance and compensation cycle management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 1-3 years of HRIS experience, specifically focusing on Workday.
• Experience with UKG, ADP, and other HRIS platforms is advantageous.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.

• Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage and resolve technical support tickets.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with HR and Compensation teams.
