Job summary

Veriipro seeks an experienced HRIS/BUSINESS ANALYST to document needs, configure HRIS modules, and manage data integration with third-party vendors.

You will design tests, coordinate UAT, and deliver standard and ad-hoc reports for workforce planning while training end-users and ensuring data privacy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
• Typically 5+ years of experience in business analysis, HR systems administration, or HRIS implementation.
• Hands-on experience with major cloud-based HR platforms (Workday HCM, Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR).
• Strong Excel capabilities (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and familiarity with SQL or API troubleshooting.
• Excellent ability to translate technical jargon to non-technical users and strong attention to HR data privacy laws.

• Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain standard/ad-hoc reports and dashboards for workforce planning and compliance needs.
• User Support & Training: Serve as the primary escalation point for system issues and create documentation and training materials for end-users

4. Testing & Quality Assurance: Design test scenarios, coordinate UAT, and troubleshoot system defects before launching updates or new features
5. Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain standard/ad-hoc reports and dashboards to support workforce planning and compliance needs
6. User Support & Training: Serve as the primary point of escalation for system issues and create documentation, job aids, and training materials for end-users

Required Qualifications
