Job summary

SkyChefs in Irving, TX is seeking an HRIS Administration Specialist to support HR processes and maintain SuccessFactors. The role focuses on accurate employee data, efficient workflows, and strong stakeholder collaboration across North America.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of HR experience, strong detail orientation, and comfort with technology-driven process improvements. Hybrid work arrangement with in-office and remote components is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience with a strong understanding of core HR processes.
• Experience working with HR systems; SuccessFactors experience is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain sensitive employee data with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to support stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Team player with ability to work with cross-functional, cross cultural teams, and all levels of management with skills of motivation, organization and leadership

Responsibilities

• Be Subject matter experts (SMEs) regarding HR processes and procedures regarding SuccessFactors and all other HR Admin processes.
• Assist with the training and implementation/roll-out of process improvements of the HR Team
• Identify areas of process harmonization for HR Processes
• Assist with HR system interfaces to SuccessFactors
• Support implementation team with testing, training and communication of future SuccessFactors module rollouts
• Monitor approval process for Employee Central new hires, terminations and data changes
• Support Field HRBPs with access and technical issues in SuccessFactors
• Monitor reports for all interfaces to and from SuccessFactors
• Maintain Foundation Object data as SuccessFactors System Admin for Sky Chefs North America
• Create and update reports within SuccessFactors
• Assist HDQ HR team leads as needed
