Job summary

MPI, a global manufacturing organization, is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) in the Oakland area. The role partners with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals and supports a ~300-employee population, both union and non-union.

Responsibilities include employee relations, performance management, organizational development, recruitment support, and policy implementation. A strong HR policy background and the ability to lead shift operations weekly are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 2 years of experience with unionized populations.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
• Experience with employee relations and performance management.
• Spanish language ability preferred.
• Ability to lead third-shift operations once per week.

Profile

A successful Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) should have:

Job Offer

• Competitive salary ranging from $95,000 to $120,000 USD.
