Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience as an HRBP or similar role with focus on strategic HR initiatives.
• 1+ years mentoring colleagues on HRBP best practices
• Excellent communication, written and verbal, with business acumen
• Proven ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws (ADA, EEO, FMLA, Title VII)
• Experience guiding teams through change and organizational transformation
