NEMR Talent is seeking an entry-level HR Business Partner (HRBP-1) to join our internal team as a strategic partner to client leadership teams. This client-facing role requires strong customer service and solid employment law/HR best practices knowledge, with a strong eagerness to learn and influence outcomes.

As an HRBP-1, you will collaborate with employer leadership to understand goals, provide guidance, coaching, and HR best practices that support informed decisions and long-term

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in employee relations, recruiting, and HR support.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and workforce management.
• HR certifications (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as strategic advisor to employer leadership and staff.
• Provide consultative HR guidance to shape policies for stakeholders.
• Coach managers through employee relations and performance discussions.
• Analyze workforce trends to recommend practical solutions.
• Assist client stakeholders with direct hire talent acquisition.
• Support policy development and leadership coaching.
• Ensure alignment with multi-employer agreements and risk mitigation.
• May liaison between client leadership and payroll, benefits, compliance, and operations.
• Support organizational change initiatives.
• Help clients strengthen HR practices and improve employee experience.
