Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in HR, workforce planning, payroll, and scheduling.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to work with staff and leadership at all levels.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll for all employees, including salaried, hourly, and contract workers.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure accuracy of wages, deductions, benefits, and taxes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws.
• Manage year-end tax forms and coordinate with accounting.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries.
• Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records and personnel files.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Assist with employee relations, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Help develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Support a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
