Select Specialty Hospital - Erie is seeking an on-site Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations in a fast-paced hospital setting, partnering with centralized HR and supporting caregivers, leaders, and operations across patient care teams.

You will manage payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, employee data, and compliance while building a positive workplace culture and delivering strategic HR initiatives at the hospital level.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business or related field required.
• 5-7 years Human Resources experience.
• Experience with unionized workforce and collective bargaining agreements.
• Healthcare HR experience with Joint Commission and CMS preferred.

Aufgaben

• Own and coordinate day-to-day HR operations at the hospital level.
• Partner with HR Shared Services on payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, employee data and HR administration.
• Serve as trusted advisor and service-oriented resource for employees and leaders.
• Coordinate payroll processing, timekeeping, and data integrity.
• Drive talent acquisition including onboarding and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulatory standards.
• Act as local subject matter expert for benefits and HR processes.
• Support employee relations with professionalism and discretion.
• Foster a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
• Contribute insights to HR strategy and operational effectiveness.
