Job summary

SWBC is seeking a Human Resources & Workers’ Compensation Manager in Bulverde, TX. You will oversee the HR and Workers’ Compensation teams, ensuring compliant, high-quality client service and operational efficiency.

You will advise clients on employee relations, employment laws, and policy development, while guiding investigations, training, and performance management. This role requires strong leadership and a proven track record in HR and workers’ compensation administration.

Qualifications

• Minimum six years of progressive human resources experience with emphasis on employee relations and compliance.
• Experience supervising HR professionals or teams.
• Experience with workers’ compensation administration and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise HR and Workers’ Compensation teams; set goals and evaluate performance.
• Advise clients on employee relations, employment laws, and policy development.
• Oversee workers’ compensation claims management, return-to-work programs, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with internal partners to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Develop training programs and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
