Job summary

ACRT Services, Inc. seeks an HR Specialist, People Operations to deliver day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle. You will work with managers, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and HRIS to ensure accurate records and timely processes.

The role focuses on hiring, onboarding, changes, and pre-employment tasks, including background checks, with an emphasis on confidentiality and data accuracy. This position is remote hybrid with Ohio-based office options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required.
• Two (2) or more years of HR, People Operations, HR coordination, or related experience.
• Experience supporting HR administrative processes, employee transactions, or lifecycle activities.
• Experience working with an HRIS, HCM, or similar system.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day People Operations support to employees and managers, handling HR questions and service requests.
• Support hiring, onboarding, job changes, transfers, and separations.
• Assist in Workday HCM processes across the lifecycle and coordinate with recruiters, payroll, benefits, and HR partners.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation.
• Support HR audits, reporting, and compliance activities.
