Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced HR/Operations Solution Architect to serve as the single point of contact for client-facing HR transformation engagements. You will translate complex buyer requirements into structured, configurable solution offerings—bridging sales, delivery, and technology to bring market-leading HR services to life.

Role requires travel up to 50% to clients and involves shaping proposals, cost estimates, and delivery plans across HR platforms such as Workday, SAP

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in Talent Acquisition, Employee Services or Talent Development.
• Minimum of 3 years designing or improving HR processes.
• Experience with enterprise HR platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate buyer requirements into structured solution offerings, proposals, cost estimates, and work plans.
• Serve as the solution expert within the sales team and align on final terms.
• Design end-to-end delivery architectures and capabilities for HR services.
• Lead initiatives to deploy new architecture capabilities across delivery teams.
