Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced HR/Operations Solution Architect to translate complex buyer requirements into structured, configurable HR offering solutions. You will bridge sales, delivery, and technology to bring HR services to life and drive end-to-end delivery architectures across multiple client engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in Talent Acquisition, Employee Services, and/or Talent Development.
• Minimum of 3 years experience designing or improving HR processes.
• Hands-on experience with HR platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Translate buyer requirements into structured solution offerings, proposals, cost estimates, and work plans.
• Serve as solution SME within the Sales team; present offerings to client buyers and align on terms.
• Design end-to-end delivery architecture with Service Architects and Product Directors.
• Sponsor and lead initiatives to roll out new architecture capabilities across delivery teams.
• Ensure solution transition, service assumptions, and cost-to-deliver are defined and validated.
