Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience leading complex projects, programs, or transformation initiatives in HR or related business functions.

Responsibilities

• Apply subject matter expertise to drive the execution of HR programs.
• Lead planning and execution of complex HR initiatives tied to Networking's transformation roadmap.
• Establish and manage integrated program plans, governance mechanisms, and performance metrics.
• Advance the adoption and practical application of AI and emerging technologies within Networking HR.
• Proactively identify organizational risks, dependencies, and change impacts; develop mitigation strategies and influence stakeholders to resolve barriers.
• Develop executive-level insights, recommendations, and decision-support materials for HR leadership forums, QBRs, and transformation governance reviews.
• Provide expertise on project management, change execution, stakeholder engagement, and operating model improvements.
• Influence priorities, sequencing, and execution strategies by leveraging data, organizational insights, and business context.
• Support culture integration efforts that bring together legacy HPE and Juniper organizations
• Enable people leader readiness and capability through coordinated rollouts, toolkits, forums, and adoption support
• Collaborate with HR business partners and business leaders to ensure programs align to evolving business priorities and deliver measurable outcomes
