• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers, escalating concerns with clear recommendations.
• Support data conversion and validation cycles, including review of outputs and coordination of issue remediation.
• Track data quality defects and ensure they are prioritized and resolved according to implementation timelines.
• Partner with functional and technical teams to identify downstream impacts to reporting, integrations, and security.
• Coordinate stakeholder input for data governance, data quality, training materials, and user guidance.

HR Data & Transformation Project Manager

This global organization is looking to hire a HR Data & Transformation Project Manager to support a large-scale HR technology transformation. This role will help coordinate the data work required to consolidate multiple legacy HR systems into a single enterprise Human Capital Management platform.

The ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills, a working knowledge of data management, and experience supporting system implementations, data conversions, or enterprise transformation initiatives.

Position Overview

The HR Data & Transformation Project Manager will support several interconnected workstreams, including data governance, data conversion, reporting, security, data quality, and compliance. This person will maintain the integrated project plan, manage dependencies, track risks and issues, and help ensure data-related activities remain aligned across HR, IT, Legal, Compliance, and Data teams.

This is a highly collaborative role for someone who can bring structure, accountability, and execution discipline to a fast-paced global transformation.
