Accenture is seeking an HR Reinvention Manager to lead and shape how organizations reinvent HR in the digital age. You will define, sell and execute HR reinvention projects that blend traditional HR with AI, automation, and analytics, collaborating with clients to improve HR performance and employee experience.

This high-visibility role requires strategic thinking, deep HR reinvention expertise, and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Minimum of 2 years leading HR reinvention programs, including operating model, process, technology, or service delivery transformation initiatives
Minimum of 1 year of experience applying AI, GenAI, automation, or analytics tools to improve HR processes, employee experience, workforce planning, or talent outcomes.
Minimum of 1 year of High Tech Industry experience

Responsibilities

Lead HR reinvention projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and value realization.
Advise clients on HR operating models, technology, and transformation strategies aligned with business goals.
Design and implement HR operating models, service delivery frameworks, and automation solutions.
Drive change management and stakeholder engagement to ensure adoption and sustainable impact.
