You will support client engagements spanning HR and workforce transformation, analyze data, and develop practical recommendations to improve employee experience and business outcomes. Collaboration with clients and senior consultants is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, ideally in business, human resources, organizational psychology, technology, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in consulting or HR roles.
• Excellent communication skills to engage diverse audiences and build strong client relationships.
• Enthusiasm for learning and applying new digital tools and AI innovations in HR and workflows.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage assigned tasks and deadlines with guidance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization or analytics tools is a plus.
• Interest in the future of work, workforce skills and development, HR's evolving role, organizational design, or technology-enabled change.

Responsibilities

• Support client engagements spanning HR and workforce transformation, including HR operating model and service delivery improvements, work and role redesign, and people program effectiveness.
• Dive into the latest trends in AI, automation, HR technology, and the changing nature of work to help clients modernize their HR operations.
• Collaborate with clients and senior team members to understand client business, HR, and workforce challenges and contribute to practical recommendations that enhance employee experience, engagement, and drive business success.
• Thrive and be motivated by an environment that embraces AI and technology-enabled tools.
• Own defined project activities and deliverables, including conducting analysis, synthesizing findings, developing recommendations, and preparing high-quality, client-ready materials with guidance from senior consultants.
