Job summary

NetApp is seeking an senior leader to transform HR Technology into an AI-enabled, automation-first capability. You will own the AI strategy, governance, and roadmaps, prioritizing high-value use cases that improve employee and HR experiences while delivering measurable business impact.

You will partner across HR, IT, and Product to deliver scalable, compliant solutions and drive disciplined innovation in HR technology modernization. This role is based in California with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

12+ years leading enterprise transformation, AI/digital enablement, automation or related tech change.
Strong understanding of HR platforms, data flows, integrations, governance, security, and operating models.
Experience translating business priorities into scalable tech roadmaps and execution plans.

Responsibilities

Own the HR Technology AI strategy and roadmap with governance, privacy, and human oversight.
Identify high-value AI/automation use cases delivering measurable business value.
Translate AI opportunities into prototyping, testing, adoption, and scaled implementation.
Partner with HR and enterprise tech to align AI capabilities with scalable solutions.
Redesign HR processes into simpler, consistent workflows and drive adoption.
