Job summary

Accenture in Detroit seeks a Manager in HR Reinvention to lead future-state HR process and AI integration design for clients, embedding AI into deliverables and team workflows. You’ll guide adoption plans, operating model changes, and measurable business outcomes across HR domains.

Preferred candidates have MBA, 5+ years in HR transformation, and experience with Workday, SuccessFactors, or Oracle Cloud, plus strong stakeholder engagement and design-thinking facilitation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HR process excellence and transformation experience.
• Minimum 1 year of AI-enabled HR process design.
• Experience delivering HR domain projects (e.g., Talent Acquisitions, Onboarding, Workforce Data Admin).
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Lead future-state HR process specification and AI integration design.
• Run client discovery workshops and manage relationships; defend recommendations to senior leadership.
• Drive benchmarking analyses and change-impact assessments.
• Facilitate design thinking sessions and co-creation workshops with cross-functional teams.
• Define and structure data/AI strategy within HR and shape tech platform blueprint.
• Embed AI design principles into HR processes, including agent experiences and escalation criteria.
• Maintain HR experiences across the lifecycle with personalized, insight-driven interactions.
