Job summary

Accenture seeks a Manager in HR Reinvention to lead future-state HR process design and AI integration for clients, embedding AI into deliverables and team workflows. You will drive operating model changes, data and AI strategy, and enable seamless employee experiences across HR.

You will guide client discovery, run workshops, and defend recommendations to senior HR and business leaders, with travel up to 80% as needed. Expertise in Workday, SuccessFactors, and Oracle Cloud is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR process excellence or management consulting focused on HR transformation.
• Minimum 1 year designing future-state HR processes with AI, including operating model changes and adoption approaches.
• Minimum 1 year integrating AI and automating HR business process design.
• Minimum 1 year of deep expertise scoping and delivering HR domain projects (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, HR Analytics).

Responsibilities

• Lead future-state HR process specification and AI integration design for assigned areas.
• Run client workshops, interview stakeholders, and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Drive benchmarking and change-impact analyses across HR functions.
• Facilitate design thinking sessions with cross-functional client teams.
• Define data and AI strategy within HR and shape tech platform blueprints.
• Embed AI design principles into HR processes, including agent experiences and handoffs.
• Maintain HR employee experiences through personalized, insight-driven interactions.
• Co-author proposals and contribute to new HR process implementations using Workday, SuccessFactors, and Oracle Cloud.
• Coach junior practitioners on redesign methods and AI principles.
• Travel varies by client needs, up to 80%.
